  28.      I've the same problem and have been in touch with both Datastorm and USR; no 
  29. solution as yet. Datastorm acknowledges that a known problem exists and are working on 
  30. it. Get in touch with their tech support and they will take your name and phone# in order to 
  31. notify you when a fix is ready.
  32.      Of course, if you really need to fax; you can put the old chip back in until a fix.
